Tell us a little bit about yourself (where are you from, job, family, etc.). Live in New Brunswick, bartend and full-time student for my graduate stats degree.

When you’re not at CrossFit Stealth, what do you like to do for fun? Going out to eat with my friends.

How did you hear about CrossFit? Why did you want to try it? I always heard really good things about it and wanted to give a try for a while. I also feel like I hit a plateau in fitness and wanted to try something new.

What were your thoughts after your first workout at CrossFit Stealth? That felt horrible. I want to do it again.

What are your fitness goals? Have you achieved any of them while at CrossFit Stealth? When I first started, it was to improve my body (increase muscle, decrease body fat percentage). I tell people all the time that Crossfit help me do exactly that more than anything I’ve ever done. I definitely feel like I have achieved this goal, but now I’m looking to improve my body even more.

But recently, I have been way more concerned about my athletic performance over my aesthetics appearance. I never thought I’d be one of those people that is at the top of the leaderboards, but now I’m definitely getting there. The Open and the signing up for the Asbury Park Summer Games is definitely I also feel like I am making huge progress towards this goal.

What is your favorite cheat meal? Cheesecake Factory Korean Fried Cauliflower

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Stealth?

What is your most memorable or funniest moment at CrossFit Stealth? The most memorable moment was during the 2017 Open, and I ended up doing 17.5 twice within an hour apart. The second time was so painful and exhausting, but I just kept pushing through until I finished. I felt so accomplished and to this day I’ve never again hit that level of pain in a workout. So, whenever a workout is really tough, I think back to that day and say to myself “if you survived that, you will survive this.”

The funniest moment was when the QOD was what would you do if you were the opposite sex for a day and I told Faith probably a bunch of guys.

How would you describe your experience at CrossFit Stealth? It has honestly been so amazing. I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life, made new friends, and have learned athletic skills that I never imagined I would be able to do. Its become such a big part of my life, and I look forward to coming every day I can.

Would you recommend CrossFit Stealth to your friends and family? What advice would you give them starting out?

Yes, I tell people about it all the time and try to get them to come. I always tell them that its really fun and addicting. I tell them how it helped me get stronger and into better shape.

Something you might not know about me is? I’m low-key considering getting my CF level 1 certificate.
